Volunteering can be a very rewarding experience for someone with a learning disability. This may be in a charity shop, animal shelter, or any number of community groups. There are loads of possibilities!

Being successful as a volunteer depends on an individual’s abilities, needs, and the level of support which might be required. And, of course, it should be enjoyable.
